Rave on Air Branding 2009
Branding for Ravensbourne broadcasting event, which i worked on with Sang Gun Kim. This required branding for all aspects of the event, from promotional material, to signs, to branding and animations for the TV channels.
We renamed the event to 'fuse', and identified the core values as 'Individuals Perfectly Integrated'. This is reflected in all aspects of the branding, including the event logo.
Animatic for fuse one Ident
A sequence describing the channel one ident, which we named fused one. The concept of 'Individuals Perfectly Integrated' was carried throughout the branding. In this case the patterns would get more intricate as they blend together to finally make the logo.
This could be used in any location, or any object could introduce the pattern.
Optical for fuse one
This is an optical that will lead the broadcast through the breaks. The idea is to create a journey through the breaks 'through' the opticals.
Animatic for fuse two Ident
In this ident, shapes 'walk' into the frame. Something scares them into hiding, and come together to form the fuse two logo. This could also be used in any location and anything could be used (animals/car etc)
